| Film Arts include two factors. First, it is the Art's itself, which is the artistry's integration of several elemental artistries such as writing, direction, camera shooting, sound effect, lights, dress, face-painting, and scene, etc; Second, it is how to totally exert and successfully accomplish the Art's value by planning and administration during the film producing. These two factors will count for much the films' Art's value. This text's thesis is focus on planning and administration of film producing.'Cause the film art itself is undividable with cooperation based on division of labor, close connected to commerce and business, undivided with front technique and correlative with common taste, so it is required film workers should have the Art's feeling and ability, and the communicative ability, the judgment of fashion and abilities of the planning and administration. Here, it must be emphasized that the administration is not the common business planning and administration. It is the skill how to make a film producing plan, how to control the progress, how to distribute the resources and how to control the costs. This text is not only discussed these questions, but also used many charts and tables to explain, which are very useful in real film producing. In the conclusion, this text discussed the relations and differences between the film Art and other Arts. That is the film Art contains other Arts' performing elements, and has the characteristics such as complex cooperators and complex operation progress.
