Research On The Effect Mechanism Of Psychic Distance On Cooperative Innovation Performance In Supply Chain Enterprises

In the increasingly dynamic market competition environment,enterprises conclude alliance cooperation through supply chain to achieve the integration of external resources and value co-creation,inter enterprise cooperation in supply chain has become a new organization form for enterprises to obtain the results of cooperation innovation.It makes up for the lack of value creation and limited capacity of enterprises,it can expand the resource interface which is the best way for enterprises to obtain the complementary resources of the partners.With the deepening of supply chain enterprises cooperation,the frequency of resource transfer and sharing between enterprises is accelerating,cooperation practices and cooperation capabilities are formed.The influence of psychic distance on enterprise cooperation innovation is gradually emerging.The psychic distance is a key factor of alienation cooperation relationship between enterprises in supply chain,reducing psychic distance between enterprises will contribute to the supply chain information flow,capital flow,business flow and logistics fast and efficient operation,it has important significance for promoting the cooperation innovation performance of supply chain enterprises.Research on cooperation innovation performance of supply chain enterprises at present,some scholars study the impact of relationship embeddedness on the performance of supply chain cooperation from the perspective of organizational synergy and relationship learning,some scholars also study the impact of resource acquisition on cooperative innovation performance from the perspective of resource dependence,some scholars study the impact of value creation between enterprises on cooperative innovation performance from the perspective of transaction cost,some scholars also study the impact of network structure and absorptive capacity on cooperative performance among clusters from the perspective of network capability.Although some scholars analyze own style of business leaders,trust and commitment relationship with partners and other subjective perspectives,there is no in-depth analysis of the internal psychic mechanism that affects the formation of cooperative innovation behavior between supply chain enterprises and the improvement of cooperative innovation performance.Therefore,this study studies the promotion mechanism cooperation innovation performance from the perspective of psychological distance,with a view to provide theoretical basis and managerial inspiration for collaborative innovation activities among supply chain enterprises.This study takes the psychic distance between enterprises as a breakthrough point to improve cooperative innovation performance.On the basis research of network resources,social embeddedness theory,cooperative innovation theory,resource dependence theory and open innovation theory,introducing shared mental model as the intermediary variable and the value co-creation as the adjusting variable to explore the influence mechanism of psychicdistance on cooperative innovation performance between supply chain enterprises.First,combing the connotation,structure,measurement to analyze the relationship among variables on the basis of existing theories,then proposing research hypotheses and establishing theoretical models.Secondly,making an empirical analysis on the research hypotheses.A questionnaire was designed with a mature scale,and 384 sample data were obtained by questionnaire,AMOS17.0 and SPSS21.0 were used to measure the reliability and validity in order to test the hypothesis.Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the psychic distance has a negative impact on the cooperative innovation performance,shared mental model plays a partial mediating role on the psychic distance to cooperative innovation performance,and value co-creation has a significant regulatory role between psychic distance and shared mental model.According to the conclusion,establishing relevant management mechanism to guide cooperative innovation activities of supply chain enterprises,improving cooperative innovation performance among enterprises,and pointing out the shortcomings and future research prospects of this study.
