A Feasibility Study On The Project Of Silk Road Cultural Expo Park In Lanzhou

This paper is based on the development strategy of The Belt and Road,following development requirement of Four Comprehensives,Five Development Concepts and promoting the construction of Huaxia Civilization in Gansu,accelerating Western Develop,driving Strong province of cultural tourism,on the basis of key planning of The Yellow River style line in Lanzhou,suggest constructing a Landmark project that named Cultural Expo Park of Silk Road in Lanzhou,that contains functions as below: cultural integration display of Ancient Silk Road and culture,tourism industry in Gansu province.This project is aimed at promoting international development process of Gansu,enhancing the city image and forming the new format of theme culture tourism in Lanzhou.At the same time,the paper has conducted rigorous theoretical discussion and feasibility analysis.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,that research background and significance,the current research states of Theme Park and feasibility study,research ideas and methods are outlined.The theme park theories and technical routes of feasibility study are introduced in the second chapter,that mainly contains concept,key features,classification,the relationship between regional economic and social development,development strategy and trend of theme park,in addition,the technical route of feasibility study.The third chapter is project positioning and functional layout,it includes the project name,site selection,construction period,target setting,guiding principles,spatial function layout,and so on.The feasibility analysis is proposed in the fourth chapter,that has introduced macro-environment analysis,technical environment analysis,market operation analysis,investment analysis,analysis of economic,social and cultural benefits,model construction of operation and management,project implementation enterprise.At last,research conclusions and suggestions are raised in the fifth chapter,in which the project is considered highly compatible with the national major development strategy,highly fit with regional development priorities,in line with the transformation of industrial policy orientation,holding huge market demand and development potential,possessing considerable and lasting economic,social and cultural benefits.In the end,some suggestions are proposed to accelerate the project process.
