As a high-end cultural consumer site.Qintai Grand Theatre was invested 15.7 billion yuan to build by Wuhan Municipal Peoples Government.Qintai Grand Theatre is the core component of Yuehu Culture and Art Center.With its advanced equipments and facilities,Qintai Grand Theatre has become the most high-end cultural performance venue in Wuhan.By the end of 2017,the Qintai Theater has been operating for 10 years.Distinguished from some forms of low-level cultural consumption such as entert ainment-based consumption,Qintai Grand Theatre reagards elegant art as a consumer object to enhance the audience's aesthetic taste,cultural quality and spiritual outlook.The author found that the number of visitors who purchased tickets at the Qintai Theater was far less than the number of audiences expected to accomondate through several inspections.Even the elevator leading to the first floor became a fixture,indicating that the Qintai Theater has a large potential space for improvement in management and marketing strategies.This article studies the marketing strategies of the Qintai Grand Theatre.The first chapter is the analysis of the marketing environment of the Qintai Grand Theatre.,including the overall analysis of the internal environment and the external environment.The second chapter analyses the market and locates the precise positioning of the target market and consumer groups.Relating to the marketing strategies of the Qintai Grand Theatrethe third chapter is divided into three aspects: product strategy,promotion strategy and sales strategy.Finally,this essay proposes reasonable suggestions for the discovered issues.
