In this dissertation,the new generation knowledge workers mainly refer to the mental workers who are born with independent personality,learning and innovation ability after 80 s.With the updating of knowledge and the progress of society,they have become the mainstay of social development.For enterprises,the importance of knowledge workers of new generation is mainly reflected in the unceasing innovation and maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise human resource for enterprises,the unique background,creating a strong consciousness of knowledge workers of new generation self center outstanding personality,compressive ability behavior and psychological characteristics,intergenerational differences between enterprises are obviously,the traditional management system and experience does not provide useful management thoughts or methods.In the work,the new generation of knowledge workers' strong self consciousness pursue higher psychological contract,but in actual work,input and output fail to achieve the desired level.It is particularly important to explore how the psychological contract of the new generation knowledge workers motivate the relationship between work and investment,and then enhance the work ability of the new generation knowledge workers,and promote the unity of attitude and behavior in the modern enterprise human resource management.Based on the new generation of knowledge workers as the research object,defines the concept of the new generation of knowledge workers and points out its characteristics,focusing on the psychological contract of new generation employees,brief analysis and summary of related literatures;to construct the research model,put forward the research hypothesis;the questionnaire in the form of questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS software.The new generation of knowledge workers' psychological contract and job involvement level to study,the empirical results basically verify the research hypothesis,the results show that the effect of different demographic variables is the new generation of knowledge workers' psychological contract and job involvement.Based on the research findings,the paper give some suggestions from two levels of organization and staff,so as to provide reference management ideas or methods for enterprises to better manage new generation knowledge workers.At last,the conclusions of this paper are summarized,and the shortcomings of this study and the direction for further development in the future are illustrated.
