The orphaned group is a special group whose living condition has been closely watched.The study found that the characteristics of the orphans are unstable and isolated,and there are many problems in social communication skills,which are lower than those of ordinary children.At the same time,adolescence is a transitional stage in which a person gradually becomes independent and goes to the society.The development of this period determines whether a person can adapt to the social life.Social support has always been one of the key factors in the study of mental health and social adaptation,which can predict mental health and social adaptation significantly.Core self-evaluation is an emerging research,its response is a deep,stable personality traits,and affects the individual to his own opinion and the understanding of the objective world and,in this study to include core self-evaluation and social support in the study of social adaptation,to explore its relationship with social adaptation.Adopts questionnaire survey,this study adopts the core self-evaluation scale,social support scale,the social adaptation scale as the tool,based on 169 orphans school junior middle school students and 308 ordinary junior middle school students study,explore the junior middle school orphans core self-evaluation,the relationship between social support and social adaptation.Results:(1)there is no difference in the core self-evaluation of junior middle school orphans.In terms of gender,boys are significantly higher than girls.There is no difference between social support and social adaptation in grade and gender.(2)the core self-evaluation,social support and social adaptation level of junior middle school orphans are compared with junior middle school students in ordinary schools,except for core self-evaluation and support utilization;There was no statistical difference between objective support and daily life,which was lower than that of junior high school students.(3)the core self-evaluation,social support and social adaptation of junior middle school orphans are positively correlated.(4)core self-evaluation of middle school orphans can predict social adaptation.(5)social support for middle school orphans can predict social adaptation.(6)the core self-evaluation of middle school orphans has some intermediary role between social support and social adaptation.
