In China,small and micro businesses have a particularly high mortality rate.The average life span of private companies in China is only 2.9 years.About 1 million private enterprises in China fail each year and 60%of them go bankrupt.It will go bankrupt within 5 years,85%of companies will die within 10 years,and only 10%of companies can survive more than 3 years.China's small and micro enterprises are generally faced with difficult living conditions such as financing difficulties,backward technology,and lack of talent.While this dilemma has not yet been resolved,the external environment has undergone tremendous changes.Under the new situation,the state encourages enterprises to transform and upgrade,to technological innovation,to intelligent manufacturing.This is an opportunity as well as a challenge.On the one hand,the new policy guidance has pointed out the future direction of development for the majority of companies,but on the other hand,it has also allowed some companies that cannot keep up with the changes to fall more quickly,especially for small businesses.Because of the lack of funds,technology,and talent,they are naturally at a disadvantage in this battle of transformation.In fact,no matter which country,middle and small-sized enterprises occupy absolute and absolute status.According to the market research survey,at present,there are 40 million middle and small-sized enterprises in China,accounting for 99%of the total number of enterprises.They contributed 60%of China's GDP,50%of taxes and 80%of urban employment.But it is such an important small business group that they have not received enough attention.The birth and disappearance of small businesses is rarely seen.They stood silently and silently closed down.I want to focus my attention on these small businesses and see how they live in this era.In my hometown of Qidong,Jiangsu,a small interlining company grew up and caught my attention.This small interlining plant has been developing for ten years.It seized the opportunities of globalization,entrepreneurial innovation and Internet +,and successfully transformed from a factory-type enterprise to an industry-trade integration enterprise.Its operators also took the runner-up of the Alibaba Foreign Trade Masters and began to become a lecturer to feed back emerging entrepreneurs.My documentary records the story of this small company lining cloth.Both business owners are how to carry out the transformation and upgrading of the enterprise,and under the family workshop management,the two generations of business owners are in conflict in business philosophy.I present such a story.The first is to show the true state of survival of neglected small businesses and small business owners.The second is to use a transformation path of a small company to provide some ideas for other companies.For SME owners,this is both a worst and a best time.Many tools can be used.This company I chosen,its operators have a good use of the network to expand customer channels,but also understand the Internet + thinking,focusing on online and offline linkage,focusing on user experience.The third is to focus on the hero and show what a successful entrepreneur is.Even when "I'm going to start my business" has become a popular slogan,it's not that everyone can become an entrepreneur.There are many inevitable successes,which are related to personality,talent,upward attitude,researching heart,and so on.
