Study On The Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Service System In Zhuji

The construction of rural public cultural service system is an important means to protect the basic cultural rights of farmers and accelerate the development of rural cultural undertakings,and is conducive to promoting the integration of urban and rural economic and social.This study based on Zhuji rural public cultural service system construction present situation and the characteristic of the rural culture construction,in the auditorium of Zhuji city as a case,the framework of constructing the rural public cultural service system based on the analysis of the current rural cultural construction on new carrier of the rural culture hall for innovation and improve the rural public cultural service system from practice three aspects of operation mechanism of the construction of infrastructure construction,construction,product supply,analysis of the existing rural public cultural system construction in Zhuji City,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of rural public cultural service system in Zhuji city.The main research process and conclusions are as follows:First,in recent years,Zhuji city by promoting cultural facilities,create brand culture,carry out cultural Huimin services,strengthen the cultural construction and cultural innovation management mode,the construction of public cultural service system in rural areas has made remarkable achievements.The long-term operation mechanism of the rural public cultural service with the government as the leading factor,the masses as the main body and the active participation of the social forces has taken shape.Second,the current Zhuji city hall culture construction as an important channel to promote the construction of rural public cultural service system,to further enrich the rural cultural infrastructure system,product supply system,operation mechanism and system of rural public cultural service system.Third,although the construction of rural public cultural service system in Zhuji has developed a certain degree,it also exposes many problems.Including the rural public culture service system construction regulations and policies has not been established,the rural cultural undertakings daily investment is obviously insufficient,the rural public culture service supply and demand contradictions are still outstanding,the rural public cultural infrastructure construction,the low level of rural cultural team is weak and professional level is low problem.Fourth,to promote the sustainable development of rural public cultural service system in ZhujiCity,mainly from the following five aspects: to develop rural cultural policy;increase the investment of rural cultural undertakings;to strengthen the construction of talent team;enrich the public cultural products;to establish a diversified investment mechanism.
