In recent years,with the development of society and economy,dual earner families have become the main mode of the family,the individual must strike a balance between work and family.How to make the work and family harmonious,has become the focus in recent years.The study on the work-family enrichment indicated that external support resources and inner effect resources will have a positive impact on the work-family enrichment,but now,there are few researchers that focus on the relationship of employee's social support,positive effect and work-family enrichment.On the basis of the work-family enrichment resources theory,this study attempt to explore the relationship between the employees' social support,positive effect and work-family enrichment.This study used a questionnaire survey method,with the 327 employees as the research object.On the basis of the literature review,we put our forward hypothesis.Using independent Samples T test,One-Way Anova Variance Model,Correlation Analysis,Multiple Regression Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling to analysis the data.The results are as follows:(1)Chinese employee have a high level in social support and work-family enrichment are at a higher level;and the employee's positive effect is at the middle level.(2)Chinese employee's social support have significant differences in gender,education level,marital status,duty and income level;positive effect of employees have significant differences in age,education level,duty and income level;there are significant differences between the employee's work-family enrichment in education level,duty and income level.(3)Correlative analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between social support and positive effect.Among them,other support had the strongest predictive effect to positive effect;There was a positive correlation between social support and work-family enrichment.Among them,family support and friend support had the strongest predictive effect to work-family enrichment;Positive effect also had the strongest predictive effect to work-family enrichment.(4)The positive effect played a mediation role in the relationship of social support and work-family enrichment.
