| Mount technology is born to protect the cultural relics of calligraphy and painting,but it also has new harm in the process of long term use.For example,alum is a paste additive used in the present mounting.Long term use of alum has many adverse effects on painting and calligraphy.Therefore,in order to better protect the paper cultural relics,we need to improve the traditional paper painting and mounting technology,which is the purpose of this paper.The main research methods are to replace alum with nano ZnO+NaHCO3,and to replace the traditional pretreatment methods with low temperature pretreatment.The specific research contents are as follows:First,the paper relic is easily mouldy after mounting of paste with alum as additive.The experiment takes nano ZnO as a paste additive.The paper compares the antibacterial properties of paper relics after two kinds of paste,confirming that the antibacterial property of nano ZnO is stronger than that of alum additive in paste liquid and mounted paper body;Secondly,in order to ostpone the acidification process of the paper cultural relics,the value of pH was adjusted by adding NaHCO3 in the paste additive to make the pH value close to neutral;Third,the new additives and alum were coated on Xuan paper samples for thermal aging and photo aging treatment.It was confirmed that the strength,chromaticity and pH three properties of the new additives were stronger than those of alum.Last,due to the damage caused by the use of paste to painting and painting in the process of mounting,it is necessary to improve the pre processing of the mounting process.So before using paste,the low temperature distilled water is sprayed to improve the decolorization of the pigment during the mounting.The experimental results show that the nano ZnO+NaHCO3 additive is superior to the alum additive used now in the two aspects of antibacterial property and pH value.After photoaging and thermal aging,it is still better than the alum additive,and is mounted with the pretreatment method before the low temperature.It effectively improves the color fixing property of the ink.Therefore,it is considered that nano ZnO+NaHCO3 is a new kind of additive material which can be used in the protection of Paper and painting. |
