With the continuous development of society and the enrollment of the college, the number of undergraduate students is increasing and at the same time the number of postgraduate students is also constantly rising. The increase in the number of students leads to quality decline, therefore postgraduates' declining quality is the most important concern for our society. The reasons for the decline of postgraduates quality are manifold, such as the lack of funds, the lack of strict admission control of students, the poor relationship between teachers and students, the quality of students and their learning habits.Postgraduates have their own specials compared with undergraduates: on one hand, undergraduate training model is mostly managed as a class unit, whereas the postgraduate stage adopts the training mode of the teacher-in-charge system, students carry out related study and research work under the guidance of the mentor;on the other hand, degree of specialization is also higher in postgraduate education than undergraduates. In order to better understand the attitudes and behaviors of postgraduate students in their studies, they explored the relationship between their attitudes and behavior in order to better train graduate students to improve the quality of postgraduate education.Based on this perspective, this study selected professional recognition, psychological contract and academic procrastination to study the academic status of postgraduates. This study aims to explore whether professional recognition can affect academic procrastination and what role the postgraduates' psychological contract plays in this process. This study consists of three parts:The first part: I used the self-compiled "Psychological Contract of Graduate Psychology Questionnaire"(initial test questionnaire)to investigate 181 postgraduates, and then formed the "Psychological Contract of Graduate Psychology Questionnaire"(the formal questionnaire)by project analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The questionnaire has 25 questions, including two dimensions: the students' own beliefs and mentors' beliefs. The scale adopts Likert5 point scoring, and the internal consistency coefficient of the total scale is 0.941,which can be used as an effectivetool to measure the psychological contract of postgraduates. The second part: I used the self-compiled psychological contract of graduate psychology questionnaire, the college students' professional recognition questionnaire and the academic procrastination questionnaire to respectively investigate the psychological contract, professional recognition and academic procrastination of 436 postgraduates. The results show that the level of postgraduates' psychological contract is relatively high.On the whole, the belief degree of interchange agreement between postgraduates and mentors is relatively high;from the perspective of students' own belief, postgraduates have higher requirements and beliefs about themselves.Generally speaking, the psychological contract degree of postgraduates outside the province is significantly higher than that of the students in Hebei province;the degree of psychological contract of academic postgraduates is significantly higher than that of professional postgraduates. In the dimension of student's own belief, the psychological contract degree of boys is significantly higher than that of girls. In the dimension of mentor's belief, academic master's results are significantly higher than the professional master's degree. The overall professional recognition of postgraduates is at a high level. The professional recognition level of students outside the province(differentiated within and outside Hebei Province)is significantly higher than that of the students in the province. In terms of the two dimensions: applicableness and emotionality, the professional recognition level of students outside the province is significantly higher than that of the students in the province. In the dimension of cognition, the professional recognition level of professional graduate students is significantly higher than that of academic graduate students. The overall academic procrastination of postgraduates is at the intermediate level, the cognitive aspects of the procrastination in behavior and attitudes to correct procrastination in different grades of postgraduates also show significant differences, after the test, the results are: The first grade> The third grade> The second grade. The third part: To study the relationship among postgraduate psychologicalcontract, professional recognition and academic procrastination,I carry out the research, then draw the following conclusions:First, there is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of the postgraduates' psychological contract and professional recognition, and there is a significant negative correlation among academic procrastination and postgraduates' psychological contract and professional recognition.Second, the applicableness, behavior and emotionality of professional recognition can play a positive predictive role in psychological contract.Postgraduates' psychological contract can play a negative predictive role in academic procrastination.Professional recognition can play a negative predictive role in academic procrastination.Third, the postgraduates' psychological contract plays an intermediary role between professional recognition and academic procrastination.Professional recognition affect academic procrastination by psychological contract. That is,the increase of the level of professional recognition will make the decrease of the level of procrastination, but to achieve this goal,it needs to play a role through the increase of the psychological contract.
