To adapt the rapid economic and social development and demand for high levels educational person of national. The Ministry of Education issued for the fresh graduates enrolled the Master of Full-time Education degree policy. In 2009, the Ministry of Education introduced the policies that universities would enroll the Master of Full-time Education from fresh graduates which symbolized an important change of postgraduate education in China:the gradual change from nurturing research talents to nurturing applied talents. Procrastination is an epicene of human. There were records of delaying the completion of something since the beginning of using language. Academic procrastination is a common phenomenon among the postgraduates. Professional Commitment means the recognition about one’s major and the positive attitudes and behaviors of one’s willing to work hard. Academic procrastination will not only influence on the enthusiasm for learning, professional Commitment and physical and mental health, but it also will hinder the development of postgraduate cultivation in China. Therefore, the study focus on the research of professional commitment and academic procrastination in full-time professional Master.The study surveyed 566 the full-time professional Masters to investigate the relationship of professional commitment and academic procrastination, which use the questionnaire of Scale for professional commitment of college student and procrastination assessment scale-students (PASS). The results were listed as follows:1. The full-time professional Masters’academic procrastination is below the medium level, decrease the desire of procrastination take the first place, followed by: the influence of academic procrastination, academic procrastination tendency. There show interaction among grade, major, only child, native place.2. The full-time professional Masters’professional commitment is up to the medium level, normative commitment take the first place, followed by:affective commitment, ideal commitment, continuing commitment. There show interaction among sex, grade, major.3. The greater professional commitment is significant negative related to the less academic procrastination of the full-time professional master students.4.The full-time professional master students’ professional commitment could predict the academic procrastination behaviors.
