of international relations.While China is developing hard power,the construction of cultural soft power has become an important development task at present.The soft power of culture originates from Chinese culture,and the soft power of our country should be built on the basis of Chinese culture to build a perfect cultural communication system so as to promote the real "going out" of Chinese culture.Between China and Russia are the two biggest neighbors,as new powers,not only the international strategic significance,the strategy idea,and in the economic sphere have advantageous complementary advantages,thus deepening unceasingly for the relations between the two countries have laid a solid foundation.China-Russia relations are not only an irreplaceable important position in the overall situation of the two countries,but also have a major positive impact on world peace and regional stability.Cultural exchanges and cultural exchanges are the basis for in-depth cooperation culture spreading in Russia.The third part focuses on the disordered factors that affect the spread of Chinese culture in Russia.This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in our country,the problems in Russia,the interference of external forces such as the west,and the cultural misunderstanding caused by the differences between Chinese and Russian cultures.In order to further explore the strategic countermeasures to promote the spread of Chinese culture in Russia.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some countermeasures to promote the spread of Chinese culture in Russia.Rich
