Adolescence is the key period for the healthy growth and development of each individual,with severe challenges simultaneously.Academic pressure,the trouble of physiology,the lack of social interaction cause great impact on adolescent psychological states.It is true that many teenagers appear various kinds of psychological problems and even go the wrong way,because they can't solve the conflicts of inside and outside environment.However,studies found that many children can still adapt to the changeable environment flexibly,and recover quickly when they suffer from great pressure and danger.This ability focus on adapting in high-risk environment is called resilience.Therefore,the study aims to improve adolescents' mental health status and enhance their ability to cope with frustration and pressure.Meanwhile,on the basis of the concepts of family harmony,regulatory emotional self-efficacy and resilience,it is expected to explore their relationship and find the factors which affect adolescent psychological resilience ability and their functional mechanism.A sample of 547 adolescents was recruited in this study to complete Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale,Family Harmony Scale(FHS)and Regulatory Emotional Self-Efficacy(RESE).And the software of SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22 have been used.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The whole situation of family harmony is good,and there are significant differences on the variables of gender,different family locations and whether the student is the only child in his/her family on the family harmony total score and each dimension.The result shows that the girls' scores are significantly higher than the boys'.The scores of the student,who is the one-child in his/her family,is significantly higher than that of other children.The students from cities have significantly higher scores than the students from rural areas.(2)The whole condition of adolescent regulation emotion self-efficacy ability is good.The scores of girls are significantly higher than that of the boys on the POS dimension.And on the other two dimensions,boys' scores are higher than that of the girls but there is no significant difference.The scores of the student,who is the one-child in his/her family,are significantly higher than other children.The students from cities are higher than students from rural areas on total scores and each dimensions.And there are significant differences in addition to regulating depressed/pain self-efficacy dimension.(3)The whole situation of adolescent resilience is good,and there are significant differences on the variables of gender,different family locations,whether the student is the only child in his/her family.The result shows that girls have significantly higher scores than that of boys on the total scores and two dimensions.While the scores of the student,who is the one-child in his/her family,is significantly higher than other children.The students from cities have significantly higher scores than the students from rural areas.(4)There is a significant positive correlation among the family harmony,regulation emotion self-efficacy and resilience of adolescent.(5)Emotion regulation self-efficacy plays a partial mediating effect in the relationship between family harmony and resilience in adolescent.
