The Research On Digitalization Construction Of Yueyang Mass Art Center

With the sharply improvement of the national living standard,the masses have an increasing demand aboutspiritual culture,and traditional supply mode of public culture can not satisfy the masses' s basic culture demand.In recent years,the party and government have introduced a series of policies and regulations,guiding public culture service towards digitization development.Therefore,as an important part of public culture service system and through digitization development,public culture center is beneficial to construct the service mathod of modern public culture,protecting basic culture rights of the masses developing in the way of standardization and equalization and then serving for the victory achievement of the moderately prosperous society.The mass art center of Yueyang City was identified as experimental unit of first digital culture center of the nation by the development centre of culture section the whole nation public culture in 2015.By studying the macropolicy of country towards digital culture center,the paper analyses the traditional service mode,existing problems and the reasons leading to the problems of the mass art center of Yueyang City,combining the related policy during the process of center digital construction,aiming to explore the theory and experience of the digital construction of our nation's public culture center.Offering several suggestions about traditional public culture center,namely,combining “center service,afflux service and digitization service”,combining “online service and offline service ”,combining “ giving service and demanding service” and the countermeasures of the digital construction of the culture center.The study result of the paper keeps a foothold experimental unit work practice of the digital culture center construction of the mass art center of Yueyang City,and it not only can have a good reference of the provincial culture center,but also influencing the county culture center or even the town culture station,providing certain thoughts for their digitization development as well as serving better for the spirit civilization construction of socialism.
