Research Of The Application Of Integrated Psychological Therapy In The Treatment Of Adolescent Mood Disorders

Objectives: Research the curative effect of the application of integrated psychological therapy mode in the treatment of adolescent mood disorders.Objectives: Cases through screening,selection of 240 patients with mood disorders teenagers,according to 1: 1 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 120 cases of treatment group used integrated psychological(structural integrated psychotherapy,behavior integrated psychotherapy,comprehensive analytical psychotherapy,targeted therapy)therapy;The control group gave general counseling therapy.Treatment of 6 months in a row,record the clinical situation,set up the database,using SPSS23.0 software for statistical analysis.Results: 1)Treatment for six months in a row,it is concluded that:(1)comprehensive psychotherapy group PHCSS behavior,anxiety,fit in with the subscales score and total score were significantly lower than the general psychological support control group;(2)comprehensive psychotherapy group father emotional warmth understand factors significantly lower than the general psychological support in the control group,while father penalty factor,father,mother refused to deny factor interference protection factor score significantly higher than the general psychological support control group;(3)comprehensive psychotherapy group of patients with SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than before the comprehensive psychotherapy,general psychological support and control group in patients with SAS and SDS scores before the treatment is small;(4)integrated SAS scores and SDS scores in patients with psychological treatment group were significantly lower than the general psychological support in the control group,two groups after treatment in patients with depression were improved,and the treatment group patients is a depressive state,control group patients is still in a state of mild depression;(5)the comprehensive psychological treatment group patients HRSD score significantly lower than the general psychological support for the control group.2)6 months in a row,general psychological support for comprehensive psychological treatment group and control group efficiency and cure rate were 76.67%,60.83%,shows that the two groups in terms of immediate effect effect are effective,and the treatment group is better than the control group.3)6 months follow-up after two groups of patients,it is concluded that: the comprehensive therapy group and the general psychological support efficiency and the cure rate is 95.83%,75.00% respectively,there was an obvious advantage in the long-term curative effect in treatment group.Conclusion: 1)Adolescents emotional disorders of the low level of self-awareness,anxiety,depression and other emotional problems.2)Improper ways of parents teaching such as mother's overprotection,father is too harsh,deny,reject,etc are important cause of mood disorders.3)comprehensive therapy is better than general supportive psychotherapy can effectively improve the level of adolescent self-consciousness,improve the way father punishment,rejection,denial,improve maternal overprotection upbringing.4)comprehensive psychotherapy and general supportive psychotherapy has curative effect on adolescent emotional disorders,comprehensive psychotherapy for mood disorders curative effect is better than that of general supportive psychotherapy.
