Reading course is an important special skill training class of the TCSL,and how to improve the students' Chinese reading ability has always been a common concern and continue to explore the topic.This article takes case of“Intermediate Reading Course of Developing Chinese”,through the combination of schema theory to teaching design.The article is divided into four parts.The first part not only explains the three kinds of information processing methods and classification of the schema theory in reading teaching,but also studies the schema theory and the phased reading teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,It is suggested that the reading training should focus on the understanding and accumulation of words.The focus of reading training in the middle stage should be to improve the reading skills of foreign students and strengthen the background knowledge.The advanced stage should focus on the training of different styles.The second part of the teaching design used by the teaching materials and teaching objects were analyzed,the skills,ruggedness,reality and the combination of the four design principles were introduced,the teaching design of the three strategies are also a simple description.The third part make "development of Chinese intermediate reading" in the specific text as an example,from the read before the stage to activate the students original schema,to read the stage of the article content prediction and basic language knowledge to explain,and then to the stage after the consolidation of the schema to start several aspects of the teaching design.The fourth part mainly evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching design,and thinks that the teaching design is complete and operable,and the teaching method is flexible and diverse.However,the theoretical research of the teaching design is not deep enough,and the individual design links need to be improved.
