A Contrastive Analysis Between The Textbooks Of Chinese And English Language

In recent years,with the promotion of the international status and the influence in our country,the demand for learning Chinese by foreigners has been increasing continuously,which develop the education of teaching Chinese to foreigners and make great achievement.As the matter of fact,the textbooks of teaching Chinese as a foreign language play a crucial role in the education of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which influence the learning level and effect to a extent.This paper selects the textbooks of Developing Chinese(Elementary Comprehensive Course?)and Interchange as the object of study,the author will contrast the textbooks from prime idea of editions,resources of textbooks,vocabulary,grammar,practice and illustration and so on,so that the defects of edition can be discovered from Developing Chinese,and draw lessons from Interchange superiority and experience,thus give some suggestions for improving the edition of textbooks of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.First,the functionality of language can be emphasized in the principle of edition.Second,the review,test and some cultural introduction can be set in the aspect of the structure of edition.Third,the Teacher's book,synchronous practice,CD-ROM and other resources of study can be provided.Fourth,the vocabulary can be classified scientifically,and some illustrations can be provided properly.Fifth,combine the grammar to the relative situations and apply the grammar to the conversation of real life and keep practicing to the perfect.Sixth,the practice of communication and group work can be added,and the discussion of open-ended topics should be increased.Seventh,the interesting illustrations which attract the attention of students can be added properly.
