“Si sheng pian hai”(hereinafter referred to as Pian hai)is a monument in the history of our dictionary,it inherited the "Yu pian",under the "Zi hui"."Pian hai" is an important bridge to communicate ancient and modern letters.Compiled level is also good and bad,which is more representative of the Taihe Ben,Chenghua Ben,Zhengde Ben.Many versions in the word,word order,phonetic,words inerpretation,cited symbols and other aspects of the same,but also slightly different,some of these differences are caused by the transmission.There are future generations in the revision of "Pian hai" when the additions to change the differences caused.This article to exegetics,collation,version of the theory as a guide to the Taihe Ben and this as the foundation,to clear the book for the collation of the object,and participate in the "xin xiu yu pian" and "pian hai cited the word book "Yu pian" "Long kan" "Guang yun" "Ji yun" "Wu yin ji yun"),the Taihe Ben of the "Pian hai"(eight-nine)volumes of systematic collation and comparison.First of all,through several versions of the contrast,to find out several versions in the word,prefix font,phonetic,interpretation,cited symbols and other differences.And then compared with the word handed down,from the two aspects of transmission and revision of the differences that the reasons for the existence of several versions,and examples.Finally,the article points out the value of several versions of comparative study: on the one hand,it helps to sort out and study the "Pian hai" and revise the corrupt,and further determine the important position of "Pian hai" in the history of the dictionary;on the other hand,Of the compilation to provide reference for the later Chinese characters to lay the foundation for the order and norms.
