The orders of strokes’ standardization go hand in hand with the setting and sequencing of Modern Chinese characters,and it is also the basic norm of the teaching and studying of Chinese character、the compilation of dictionaries and the processing of information.Nowadays,there are five versions of editions that related to the strokes’ orders of the modern Chinese characters,including the word table of printed general characters(1968),the list of commonly used characters in modern Chinese(1988),the orders of strokes’ standardization commonly used characters in modern Chinese(1997),Chinese Character orders of stokes’ sandard of GB 13000.1 Character(1999)and word orders’ sandard of GB 13000.1 Character(1999).Although our country had have popularized the orders of stokes’ specification of the modern Chinese characters for many years,there are still some unpleasant phenomenon in the practical application,for example,people attached little importance to the norms of the stokes’ order,standards were lack of the control and the use of the order of stroke lost in confusion.Based on the current research situation,this paper will study the current stroke-related texts through literature research,and it will compare the newest standards from the perspective of the purpose、the character characteristic of receives、principles、rules and content that making normative text.At the same time,this paper will comprehensively analyze the present situation about the application of the strokes orders’ specification of modern chinese by conducting questionnaire surveys among the students、teachers and parents in different areas and learning period.This paper will also study the differences between the applicable scope and practical use.Finally,on the basis of comprehensive investigation,this paper combines with the relevant concepts of linguistics;linking theory with practice,explore the characteristics of language specification in the new era from the perspective of the standardization of language research.And provides some suggestions for the development and popularization of Chinese characters in the new period. |
