In teaching foreigners Chinese characters, we found that almost every foreign student feels Chinese characters is Extremely difficult to learn. Especially the Chinese character pattern: the pen type, order of strokes and the character structure. Of course this is inseparable from the characteristics of Chinese characters themselves, but at the same time, we found some problems and difficulties are caused. by non-standard r pattern of the Modern Chinese character. With the fast development of computer science and technology, our language situation has changed a lot, it is necessary to re-examine and adjust the standard of language and writing In the courses of Chinese as a foreign language, it is found that almost every foreign student feels the difficulty in learning Chinese character. Or more preciously, they think it hard to learn the Chinese character pattern including the pen stype, the order of strokes and the character structure, all of which has deep tie to the characteristics of Chinese morphology. It is also found that some problems are caused by the irregularity of modern Chinese morphology. With the rapid development of modernization and information technology, Chinese language has changed a lot. Therefore, it's necessary to re-examine and adjust the standards of Chinese character. Recently, in the General Standard Chinese Character Table which is based upon Standardization of Printed Songti (宋体) of Normative Chinese Characters, a slight morphological adjustment is given to 44 characters of Song typeface which are irregular in the table. This move is open to suggestion and soon becomes a public concern. This article starts from the research in fine adjustment of the 44 characters and the problems in rules of the strokes order ,tries to find the reasons of the formation of the problem, attempts to use the structure and gravity center of the Chinese characters to find the Motivation of rules of the strokes order and explore some way to resolve the problem, in order to make the rules of Chinese characters more rules-based and operationable. Beginning with the fine adjustment of the 44 characters and the problems of rules of stroke order, this paper attempts to discover the cause of such problems and the motivation of rules of stroke order via using the structure and the theory of gravity center of Chinese character as well as explore some solutions to the problems, with an aim to making the morphological rules of Chinese character more reasonable and operationable. Finally, this paper focuses on application status of Chinese characters standardized teaching ,discusses the appropriate application of the principle, especially the crux of the problem of students, teachers and teaching materials in In teaching foreigners Chinese characters, combined with special cognitive psychology of students , seeks to improve the ideas of character teaching and methods accordingly. Finally, this paper focuses on the application of morphological standard of Chinese characters in Chinese teaching, discusses the appropriate principles for application, especially the crux of the problem of foreign students, teachers and teaching materials in Chinese teaching courses, and incorporates special cognitive psychology of students learning Chinese character, in order to improve the concepts and methods of character morphology teaching.Chapter one, the Introduction, expounds the reason for selecting this topic, the research background and significance, major concepts and research methods. Chapter II elaborates the pen type of the character, stroke order, structure and other related concepts and presents the national provisions on the standard Chinese characters. The third chapter analyses the adjustment of the 44 pen-shaped characters in General Standard Chinese Characters Table (Exposure Draft)and points out its problems as well as the reasons for such problems. Chapter IV highlights the problem in Standard Stroke Order, analyses the causes of such a problem from three aspects, namely the character itself, writers and influences of calligraphy , and proposes innovative solutions, mainly focusing on Chinese characters structure, integrating gravity of character font, and aiming to finding some motivations for stroke orders, proposing the extent of tolerance of redundancy for rules of stroke order and the concept of unifying the fonts of regular script and cursive script. Based upon practice, Chapter V expatiates on the problems in Chinese characters teaching involving morphological change of stroke and stroke order, distinguishes between the teaching of Chinese Language as mother tongue and the teaching of Chinese as the second or foreign language, and proposes two creative teaching principles and methods, i.e. difference teaching and intelligibility teaching.
