Interpersonal trust is the important component for social communication,while good interpersonal trust is the basis for social stable development.There are many researches research the interpersonal trust from the perspectives such as sociology,economics and psychology.Combining with multi-ethnic populated,the distinctive region characteristic in Xinjiang,and starting from the perspective of national group,the characteristic of interpersonal trustin-group bias of middle school students of Uygur and Han are discussed.It is of practical significance for promoting national unity,national fusion,and friendly communication among ethnic groups.Adopting trust game paradigm and implicit association test(IAT),the experimental study on interpersonal trustin-group bias of students of Uygur and Han is implemented in the paper starting from social identity theory and self-categorization theory.Three parts of study are included: study I: nation is regarded as the standard of classification,in order to explore the overall characteristic of interpersonal trust in-group bias between Uygur and Han.Study II and study III further discussed the influence factors of interpersonal trustin-group bias of students of Uygur and Han based on study I and combining with the actual situation in Xinjiang.Study II: adopting Group Identification Scale(Simplified Version)complied by Ye Na in 2009,the participants areas are divided into high population identification group and low population identification group,investigating the existence of effect of different group identification levels on the interpersonal trust in-group bias thoroughly.Study III: According to the present situation of Xinjiang ethnic minorities and Han combined class,the subjects were divided into two groups: the single and the combined subjects,investigating the existence of effect of multiple identities on the interpersonal trust in-group bias.Integrating the above studies,the following conclusions are drawn in the paper:(1)In implicit test,Participants of Han did not show interpersonal trust in-group bias in explicit test;In explicit test,Participants of Uygur showed interpersonal trust in-group bias in both explicit test and implicit test.(2)In explicit test and implicit test,there is no significant difference in interpersonal trust in-group bias of high population identification group and low population identification group of Han.There is significant difference in interpersonal trust in-group bias of high population identification group and low population identification group of Uygur.Interpersonal trust in-group bias of highpopulation identification group of Uygur is significantly higher than that of low population identification group.(3)In explicit test and implicit test,there is no significant difference in interpersonal trust in-group bias of participants of Han in single class and Han combined class.But the two types of tests have different effects on the Uygur of different identity classes.In explicit test,interpersonal trust level of participants of Uygur in combined class is significantly higher than that of participants of Uygur in single class.However,in implicit test,interpersonal trust in-group bias of participants of Uygur of single class is significantly higher than that of participants of Uygur of combined class.
