In this study, patients with angina and myocardial infarction were selected as subjects, and the structure of D-type personality scale was analyzed by Rasch model.First, the reliability and structural validity of SDS,SAS and D personality scale were tested by SPSS20.0 software. At the same time, the dimensionality test of D-type personality subscale was carried out. Then, the D-type personality scale was used for Rasch analysis, the degree of data fitting with the model was checked.Results:(1)The Cronbach α coefficient of the D-type personality scale of the angina pectoris group was 0.883,the α coefficient of the NA subscale was 0.855,the α coefficient of the SI component was 0.718,the Cronbach α coefficient of the myocardial infarction group was 0.880,The alpha coefficient of the table is 0.868 and the alpha component of the SI component is 0.700.In addition to items 1 and 3,the other factor load values are greater than 0.6;(2)The first eigenvalue of the NA subscale is 3.828,the second eigenvalue is 0.744,the ratio is 5.145,which is in accordance with one-dimensional hypothesis. The first eigenvalue of the SI subscale is 3.520,the second eigenvalue is 1.211,the ratio is 2.907,consistent with the one-dimensional hypothesis, thus Rasch model analysis can be carried out;(3)In the NA subscale, the range of the INFIF MNSQ value is 0.83 to 1.20;the range of the OUTFIT MNSQ is 0.83 to 1.22,indicating that the items of the scale are well fitted to the Rasch model, and the SI scale analysis also shows good fit with the Rasch model.(4)DIF(Differential item functioning)tests were performed on both scales, and the results showed that there was a difference between the different groups for the same item.In addition, the actual ICC curve of item 3 and the expected ICC curve are inconsistent, and this question will be given in the discussion...
