Research On The Equalization Of Public Cultural Services In Jilin Province

In recent years,in the continuous development of the economy and the background,that people’s living standards continue to improve,to achieve equalization of public cultural services,promote the development of public cultural services,become the party and the government focused on one of the development goals.The equalization of public cultural services is of great concern to the general public,academics and governments.Jilin Province is an important development area in the development strategy of "one area along the way",which is located in the area of economic development center of the three northeastern provinces.The geographical location is complex,the population is rich,the social structure is complex,the economic development level of the eastern,central and western regions is large and the public cultural service is equalized In the northeastern region of China is typical,there is a great research space,after the 13 th Five-Year Plan after the other three provinces in the promotion of public cultural development equalization has great significance.Based on the study of the equalization index system of public cultural services and the specific situation of Jilin Province,this paper establishes an index system suitable for the study of equalization of public cultural services in Jilin Province.First of all,through the form of questionnaire,data collection,which come to the index system of government investment,public cultural facilities,talent construction,cultural consumption and other four categories of indicators in the specific indicators of weight,and then through the relevant data in Jilin Province,Comprehensive analysis,and through the coefficient of variation of the data to calculate the specific indicators in a number of Jilin Province,the regional public cultural services equalization differences.Then,according to the analysis of the present situation of Jilin Province,Jilin Province has obvious difference in the equalization of public cultural services,and further improvement is needed.In order to improve the way of improving the equalization of public cultural services in Jilin Province,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: increase financial support and ensure the input of cultural funds;optimize the infrastructure configuration,build the information network system;pay attention to the public cultural talents The overall quality of the team to optimize;change the concept of government governance,strengthen the awareness of public cultural services;build a performance evaluation system,strict implementation of the accountability system.
