Research On The Evaluation Of Cultural Industry Development In Shaanxi Province

The evaluation of regional cultural industry development is an important basis for objective understanding the development of regional cultural industry and scientifically formulate policy of the development of cultural industry.The province of Shannxi have rich cultural resources,but haven't rich cultural industries,the development of cultural industry is in its early phase,and there is still a big gap between the goal of becoming a pillar industry of the national economy.Complete and scientific evaluation of cultural industry development in Shaanxi Province contribute to fully understand the development of cultural industry and improve the comprehensive strength of the cultural industry,meanwhile,has both theoretical and practical aspects to enhance the regional cultural industry development.On the basis of the pertinent domestic and foreign research and theories of cultural industries,with the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province as the research object,the paper uses qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and other methods to analyze the overall development of the cultural industry in Shaanxi province and the development of the cities in Shaanxi.On this basis,the paper designs the evaluation index system of cultural industry development,and constructs the evaluation model of cultural industry development in Shaanxi province.The Factor Analysis was used to evaluate the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi from the perspective of time series in 2005-2015,it can be concluded that the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi can be divided into two stages:2005-2011 years in a low level stage,2012-2015 years in the rapid rise stage.Using Entropy Analysis and Date Envelope Analysis to compare and evaluate cultural industry development of the cities,considering the whole and the efficiency,it can be concluded that the advantages and disadvantages of the cities in Shaanxi Province.Based on the results of evaluation and analysis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province:Improving the technical scale level;Increasing the public input;Optimizing the structure and layout;Making full use of the characteristics and advantages of cultural resources;Strengthening the coordination and cooperation between regions;Improving personnel training and introduction mechanism.
