The middle school stage is an important period for the development of the individual,what psychologists call the "psychological weaning period","psychological crisis".This study conducted a survey on mental health of middle school students in minority areas of Guizhou Province,to understand the mental health status of middle school students in border areas,to improve the mental health level of middle school students in border areas,put forward their own views,I hope to provide help for the mental health education of minority students in Guizhou province.The results show that:1.the overall level of mental health of middle school students in Guizhou is good,the proportion of the above problem is 10.5%.2.the severity of the subscales of the order: emotional imbalance,anxiety,learning pressure,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,forced,maladaptive,hostile,paranoid,psychological imbalance.3.from the national point of view,there is no significant difference in the scale of ethnic minorities and Han nationality middle school students,the total score for the order of Han,Miao,Yi,Miao and other nationalities,in the total score,learning pressure,hostility,maladjustment,psychological imbalance scale is higher than that of the Han and other ethnic groups.4.the female is better than the boy.There was a significant correlation between gender and psychological imbalance scale in 0.01.5.the overall level of mental health is significantly different between the grades,the highest scores are the highest in the first grade,the first grade is the multiple problems.(P<0.01)6.students with excellent academic achievement,mental health is better than the poor students,academic performance and the scale of the 0.01 significant correlation.7.There is a significant difference in the mental health status of the guardians of different middle school students.8.There was significant difference in the mental health of middle school students with different rearing styles.The students of the indulgent and authoritarian parenting style had more psychological problems than those of the Democratic upbringing.Parents' parenting style was significantly correlated with other subscales except for the Obsessive Compulsive Scale(0.01).9.other factors related to mental health,such as the number of children in the family,family income,hobbies and leisure activities of the students,parents' educational level and so on.
