A Report On Mock Consecutive Interpretation, A Spring Penel Meeting Of IMF In 2016, The Evolving Role Of China In The Global Economy

Mock interpretation practice can not only construct the interpreting atmosphere but tests the interpretation skills that one has learned.What's more,it can also lay a solid foundation for interpretation in the future.This report is based on a spring panel meeting of IMF in 2016,with the topic of The Involving Role of China in the Global Economy.From the perspective of the interpretive theory,the author analyzes and optimizes interpretation so as to summarize instructional experience and lay a practical and theoretical foundation for future interpretation.This report consists of five sections.The first section is the introduction of this task which introduces the background,purposes,significance as well as the client requests.The second section is the process of practice which includes preparation for interpretation,process of interpretation and summary of interpretation.The third section is studies and analysis of the interpretive theory which contains a brief introduction of the Interpretive Theory,the three levels of the interpretive theory and solutions to improve the quality of interpretation under the guidance of the interpretive theory.The fourth section is a case analysis of some questions and analysis of interpretation strategies based on the interpretive theory.And the last section is the summary of this practice which contains self-evaluation,significance of preparation for interpretation and afterward analysis,as well as inspiration of this interpretation practice.
