Study On The Activation And Protection Of Intangible Cultural Resources In The Ruins Of Han Chang'an City

Han Chang'an city is the political,economic and cultural center of the Western Han Dynasty,and it has important historical position and influence in the world.Nowadays,there are still a large number of world-class cultural heritage resources in the Han Dynasty Chang'an city ruins area,especially as the intangible cultural resources of Chinese culture heritage and internal performance,constitute an important part of Chinese civilization heritage.The protection and development of intangible cultural resources of Han Chang'an city sites,not only conducive to the further mining of Chinese culture scientific value,educational value and economic value,and the more important is the continuation of the Chinese civilization,the establishment of cultural self-confidence,enhance the country's soft power.Intangible cultural resources of Han Chang'an City relic areas rich in content,according to the form can be divided into three aspects: the traditional spirit resources,aesthetic resources and folk customs resources,involving philosophy,religion,politics,law,economy,history,literature and art,education,science and technology,military thinking and other fields.At present,there are many problems in the protection and development of intangible cultural resources in the site of the Han Chang'an City,it is found that the lack of integration of resources and intangible cultural connotation,the lack of cultural carriers,monotonous forms of display,the subject of protection is single and the degree of social participation is not high and so on.This article aims at the existing problems of intangible cultural resources development and protection in Han Chang'an city site area,based on the theory of heritage activation and the theory of sustainable development,learn from the successfulexperience of domestic and foreign heritage protection,through on-the-spot investigation and data statistics,analysis of the feasibility of the Han Chang'an City intangible cultural resources activation,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to protect the heritage resources activation,aimed at promoting the big Xi'an to catch up beyond the big development,and deepen public understanding of Chinese culture,enhance the cultural self-confidence.
