A Study On The Training Of The Of Quality For Russian Electronic Commerce Talents In Universities

With the advent of the “Internet +” era in 2015,China's cross-border e-commerce industry has developed rapidly and also has begun to take shape.Encouraging and supporting the development of cross-border e-commerce is conducive to “Internet +foreign trade” in the form of achieving excellence out of the best to promote Mass entrepreneurship and innovation,to create new economic growth;To build “The Belt and Road” initiative and to promote the development and upgrading of China's open economy.Under the promotion of “The Belt and Road” initiative,as well as the birth of "Internet +" has brought about a new economic situation,cross-border e-commerce is gradually connecting the “Silk Road” countries on the economic and trade ties.Russia is an important partner in the “Silk Road”.The market and economy of China and Russia are highly complementary,and they are constantly pushing forward the huge change of cross-border e-commerce to Sino-Russia.Russian electronic commerce talents are the bridge between Chinese and Russian cross-border e-commerce communication and operation.“The Belt and Road”initiative has brought the Russian e-commerce talents not only opportunities,but also challenges.Ali Research Institute released China's cross-border business talent research report,which shows that the cultivation of quality for the current college graduates is far from Enterprise Requirments for Cross-border electricity suppliers talent.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed at the conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities that the training of talents in colleges and universities played a vital role in cultivating the socialist construction and successors of moral,intellectual and aesthetic development.At present,the training of Russian talents in domestic colleges and universities obviously lags behind the demand of Sino-Russian trade.This article will start from the definition and quality connotation of Russian e-commerce talent,and combine with the current national policy and the development of Sino-Russian trade,from the training side,employing the two aspects to do the multi-dimensional investigation and research.Through the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,we can know how to cultivate the talents and ability of Russian e-commerce and make clear the demand of talented person and the ability of talents.From the point of view of the enterprise,to reflect on the effective quality ofRussian e-commerce talents and the ability to cultivate the path,so that colleges and universities can truly train international talents,which is needed by the society,catered to the market demand and promote the development of the industry.
