Realising the human rights to water and sanitation consists of nine different handbooks.It has been developed to clarify the meaning of the human rights to water and sanitation,explain the obligations and provide guidance for governments at all levels.The source text comes from the sixth book of the series of handbooks of Realising the Human Rights to Water and Sanitation.States have an obligation to realize the human rights and can be held accountable for this.This handbook also talks about the justiciability of human rights,the dimensions of access to justice and the mechanisms for access to justice effective.This report consists of five parts.Chapter one mainly describes the objectives and significance of this report.Chapter two introduces the background of the source text,the author and main contents of the source text.Chapter three introduces the translation process,the preparations,Skopos Theory and its three main principles.Chapter four explores the difficulties and translation skills with typical examples based on the Skopos Theory.Chapter five summarizes the problems and lessons learned in the process of translation. |
