Research On The Role Of Government In Promoting Water Culture Construction In Guilin,Guangxi

Since the 21st century,water culture as an indispensable part of the cultural field,has become the domestic academia and even the global discussion of one of the hot topics.It is undeniable that the construction of water culture for the promotion of China's ecological civilization,beautiful China's construction,green development and other significance is very important.However,due to the economic system,political system,cultural system and many other aspects of water culture as an independent discipline or as a professional research field,both at home and abroad are still relatively young.In terms of China,China's water culture is still in its infancy,water culture construction is lagging behind,the urgent need for the government to guide the construction of water culture and norms.Therefore,how to guide and standardize the construction and development,inheritance and protection of water culture has become a major research topic facing all levels of government in our country under the background of ecological civilization construction,beautiful Chinese construction and green development concept.In recent years,the government based on the characteristics of landscape development and innovation,and vigorously tap and develop the landscape as the representative of the national water culture characteristics,since 1992,held a grand Guilin Landscape Culture Festival since the first,making Guilin landscape culture development and prosperity into a new chapter.2009,the United Nations World Tourism Organization/Asia-Pacific Tourism Association Tourism Trends and Prospects International Forum permanently settled in Guilin,highlighting the Guilin landscape of international charm and historical and cultural heritage;in 2014,Guilin was listed as the national water ecological civilization pilot city,which Guilin water culture construction,no doubt both opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,water culture construction and aquatic ecological civilization construction are complementary,the two complement each other,which for the Guilin water culture and water ecological civilization construction is an opportunity;the other hand,the government in the construction of water ecological civilization and water culture There will be some problems that need to be solved urgently,which needs to be solved from the theoretical level and the practical level,which is a challenge for the construction of water ecological civilization and water culture in Guilin.Based on the investigation of the status quo of water culture construction in Guilin,this paper explores the problems and influences of the government's role in the construction of water culture in Guilin,analyzes the shortcomings of the government in promoting the construction of water culture,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to change the government function.The From the theoretical point of view,through the reading and combing of a lot of literature,the author tries to prove the role and value of the government role in the construction of water culture in Guilin,and provide theoretical support for the deep integration of water culture construction and government role in Guilin.From the practical point of view,by drawing lessons from the effective experience of the government role in the construction of water culture in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province,and combining with the field research data of Guilin water culture,this paper explores the problems existing in the construction of Guilin water culture in Guilin,The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the Guilin city government to better build Guilin water culture to provide a practical path.
