Research On Beautiful Village Construction On The Basis Of Ecological Ethics Perspective

Since China adopted the Reform and Opening-up Policy,the rural eco-environment deteriorates due to people's blind pursuit of economic performance.It not only disrupts the harmony between people and environment,but also negatively affects farmers' physical and mental health and obstructs the comprehensive development of rural China.The Construction of Beautiful Village emphasizes the improvement in country environment,optimizes the service function and raises farmers' dominant status,aiming at boosting the rural economy,increasing agriculture production and farmers' income.Therefore the satisfaction of the broad masses of the people and the happiness of lives grows.In the view of ecological ethics,to construct ‘Beautiful Village' upholds the principle of fairness,the principle of sustainable development,the principle of harmony and the principle of systematicness.Focused on the relation between human and nature,the Construction of Beautiful Village reflects on the attitude human to nature and forms the ecological ethics of respecting,conforming and protecting nature.Given current situation and needs of the rural environment construction and from the perspective of ecological ethics,this article concludes deterioration problems faced by the construction of beautiful village owing to the achievements view of “economic growth comes first”,irrational resource consumption,and imperfect long-effect mechanism in rural environment and people's low level of ecological ethics.In the process of beautiful village construction,the ecological problems can be analyzed on the theoretical basis of ecological ethics.Beginning with converting people's incorrect ecological ethics,the solutions to ecological problems could be put forward: establish effective evaluation mechanism of ecological achievements;advocate and lay equal stress on green production and consumption;improve the legal system of rural environmental protection;and enhance the ecological ethics cultivation.Therefore the construction goal of scientific planned villages,clean and tidy villages,farmers' income incensement and farmers' physical and mental health can be attained and the urban and rural residents' life quality can take a qualitative leap.The Construction of the Beautiful Village is a necessity of rural modernization and the requirement of building a moderately prosperous society.At the present time,the Construction of Beautiful Village is still a comparatively brand-new field and it need adapt to local conditions and take local features into consideration,so there are no mature patterns on construction ways or thoughts can be followed.To provide some advice and strategic support,this article analyzes the ecological problems arising in the Construction of Beautiful Village and defines the ecological principles and constructive goals of the Construction of Beautiful Village.
