A Study About The Influence Of Chinese Traditional Culture On Female Entrepreneurial Intention

With the rapid development of economy and the deepening of reform and opening up,the advanced thought and culture are widely circulated in China.In Chinese society,women's status in politics,economy and family has been obviously improved.However,compared with the developed countries,women entrepreneurs are still very slow.Because in the present China,women entrepreneurs,this special group,have to fight with not only the fierce competition in the market price,but also the deep-rooted traditional culture and thinking to survive.This thesis based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature studies,basing on the theory of the role of exogenous factors,to simplify and segment the social and cultural environment,constructing the "traditional culture,personality characteristics,entrepreneurial intention" of the theoretical model,in order to explore the relationship and mechanism between traditional culture,personal characteristics and entrepreneurial intention.In order to measure the 7 variables in the theoretical model,this study is based on previous studies,combining with the theme of advanced study,and constructing the measurement scale can be useful in this paper.It is composed of 33 questions.Using small sample survey and large sample survey method to release the questionnaire,through the AMOS software to analyze the questionnaire data,in order to verify the theoretical concept model proposed in this paper.8 of 12 hypotheses proposed in this paper have been verified,and the theoretical concept model has passed the validity test.Through the theoretical and empirical research,the main conclusions are:Traditional culture in moral norms and gender roles these 2 aspects of the formation of women's entrepreneurial intention may have a role in the family,in the family commitment to the formation of its will to promote the role of the.Based on this,we should carry forward the excellent traditional culture,strengthen the basic quality of the entrepreneurs,and enhance the competitiveness of women entrepreneurs.
