Chinese painting, featured with its own unique visual elements, is one of the most traditional cultural symbols which are familiar to us. It has been described as an important information carrier since it came into existence, and it plays an important role of cultural communication. There is a saying that nothing does better in describing things than words, just as nothing does better in preserving shape than paintings.Audience can explore lots of cultural information about history, religion, morality and customs from the visual elements of Chinese painting, which can enrich their experience of artistic appreciation.As Chinese society comes into the information era, it is obvious that traditional books, newspapers and television programs cannot meet the need of people to acquire the information of Chinese painting. On the background of We-Media environment, the digitized information processing and networked information communication continuously strike the dated way of information communication of Chinese painting,making Chinese painting transcend the limit of past space and time, and developing a communication system of freedom and openness, all of which realize the artistic information's spreading, communication and sharing of Chinese painting in the new era.However, with the development of media technology, mechanical copy or digitized processing also brings many problems to communication activity of Chinese paintings.The main problem is that the present virtual form of Chinese paintings' spreading cannot present the real information penetrated in the paintings. Because of this, it is extremely necessary to study the relationship between the communication activity of Chinese paintings and the development of media technology. It can help Chinese painting, the ancient traditional cultural form, continuously and healthily develop.This paper is based on the perspective of Communication Study, emphasizing the influence of the digitized information processing and the networked information communication on the information communication of Chinese painting under the background of We-Media environment. It will analyze the concrete communication form of Chinese paintings via blog, microblog and WeChat in the We-Media Era as well as the communication technology of artificial copy and digital storage, in order to find new changes of Chinese paintings' communication in every steps. Having a deep understanding of the media context and communication pattern can help think about more beneficial transmit countermeasures for information communication of Chinese paintings.
