Research On Traditional Village Protection Mode

The traditional villages represented the most ancient lifestyle and popular culture,were inheriting and creating a deep and rich local civilization.It was also an important carrier of fine traditional culture and the spirit of the Chinese.However,the Chinese traditional village preservation and development is facing a big challenge now.There is more very urgent work to do.The Government plays the dominant roles,and has a huge impact on the process of the traditional village conservation and development.Therefore,the study on administrative responsibility of government had great meaning in practice and theory for the traditional village conservation.Firstly the necessity and value of traditional village conservation was analyzed.Many problems and urgent works must carry out by governments.Secondly based on case studies and comparative research methods,divided into three chapters discuss the three different types of traditional villages in protected mode at China and abroad.The achievements and experience were shared.The gaps and weaknesses from the Chinese government were found out.Finally the domestic specificity was investigated.Some suggestions were made for better traditional village conservation in future.
