Activating Strategy Study Of Traditional Village In Hangzhou Based On Cultural Creative Design

Part of the traditional village appearance and structure are forced to change or even vanish with the rapid advance of urbanization process.Many areas become alert to this bad situation and relevant departments or professionals have adopted measures such as the directory registration to carry out rescue protection.Moreover,village planning and design using ideas of cultural creative design for reference provides a new way of thinking for the traditional village protection and development.The domestic and foreign research literature on the protection and development of traditional villages are analyzed and the concept of cultural creative design is explained in this paper.The survey and analysis on the traditional village and the classification and current characteristics of the cultural creative industries are conducted,Hangzhou traditional village taken as the research object.Five cultural creative design patterns of traditional villages are summed up as “farmhouse SOHO + art creation” “cultural theme +brand consumption”“ traditional architecture + Hangzhou design”“ ecological humanities + rural tourism”“ folk festivals + cultural exhibition” by the data sorting and field investigation on 10 representatives of traditional villages selected as specific objects according to the regional characteristics,cultural characteristics and other factors,drawing on cultural creative design ideas and methods.On this basis,new strategies of Hangzhou traditional village activation are put forward: to build a benign cultural platform,to return to the village design of the truth,to increase the creative design propaganda,to promote the construction of qualified personnel,to find creative design ideas from the reality,to promote cultural creative design to move forward by a variety of model innovation.The traditional village activation based on the cultural creative design approach is an academic attempt on the basis of considering cultural integration and social needs of the traditional villages and culture creativity,new patterns of traditional village development and new strategies of traditional village activation put forward according to which providing new ideas for the protection and development of traditional villages even not perfect or mature.
