Classmate relationship is the core part of class circumstance, and is also an important form of peer relationship. High quality of classmate relationship is necessary for individuals' mental health, interpersonal relationship and emotional homeostasis. So far, some studies indicated that healthy relationships mean less negative emotions. And classmate relationship, a type of peer relationship, has an impact on depressed. Although some study found that peer relationship can predict anxiety, depression and other negative emotions negatively, and classmate relationships can predict depression negatively, the relationship between classmate relationship and anxiety is still unknown.Anxiety,as a negative emotion, has a negative effect on the growth of teenagers.Therefore, it is beneficial to the development of junior middle school students to consider how to reduce anxiety.With predictions derived from the Sullivan's personality theory and social support theory of anxiety. Poor classmate relationship may not only cause adolescents hard to adapt and cope with stressful events, but also lead to negative self-evaluation, and ultimately lead to high level of anxiety. In order to test the hypothesis, 840 middle school students were taken as participants, cross lagged analysis was used to explore the relationship of classmate relationship and anxiety. Results showed that (1) There was a significant negative correlation between junior high school students' relationship and anxiety. (2) Junior high school student relationship between the existence of gender differences, the relationship between girls to students was significantly better than boys.(3) The anxiety of junior high school students is universal, there is no gender difference.(4)Junior high school students relationship with the passage of time, the relationship between students will be significantly decreased; anxiety level with time and significantly increased, become more anxious. (5) There is a predictive relationship between junior high school students' relationship and anxiety. T1 time anxiety can significantly negative predict the relationship between T2 time students. Anxiety can be negative to predict the relationship between students.
