Study On Zong Yuanding

Zong Yuanding(1620-1698)is a famous scholar in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty.He makes friends widely and finishes lots of writing works with equal popularity.He participates in many Qing CI Activities,such as the "Guangling initiative",and "Qiushui Xuan advocating".Nowadays,the research on the early Qing literati of Guangling academic circles focus on Wang Shizhen,Zou Zhimo,You Dong and Wu Qi,etc.Most scholars have not been involved.This paper is focused on the research of Zong Yuan Ding,based on a large number of first-hand reading literature.The paper tries to analyze systematically,objectively evaluate their literary achievements and influence,and strives to start the overall researching process of Zong Yuanding.This paper mainly discusses from 4 aspects: the case of Yuanding’s family background and family life,making friends and advocating,social and literary ideas,position and influence,with the chronicle of Zong Yuanding’s life in the end.The first chapter,the study of Zong Yuan Ding family life,mainly focus on the research of his family background and life biographical sketch.This chapter is divided into two sections.The first section introduces the general situation of members of the Zong Yuanding family,which helps us understand his elegant noble family origin.The second section introduces Zong Yuanding’s life story before and after the nation’s change,in early Qing Dynasty and his later years.The second chapter,the research of Zong Yuanding’s friends initiatives and activities.The first section sorts out the characters’ identities of his friends,which mainly divides into high ranking official,adherent of the last Dynasty and others.The second section summarizes his social activities and literary influence,from "Guangling initiative","Qiushui Xuan advocating" and other activities he participates in.The third chapter,the research of Zong Yuanding’s books and literary.The first section studies on his books like < The lotus set >,<The New Liutang Set> and <Poems floral set>,etc.The second section discusses Zong Yuanding’s emotion ornate and inherits the "charm" poetics.The third section studies on the graceful charm and freshness and Jiaxuan Ci Poetry view.The fourth chapter,the studies of Zong Yuanding’s status and influence of literature.The first section discusses Zong Yuanding as a central figure in the Guangling literature;the second section focuses on effect of early Qing CI Zong Yuanding new change.Based on Zong yuanding’s achievement,it summarizes the literati in early Qing Qing Ci’s status and influence and significance.Appendix,the Chronicle of Zong Yuanding’s life.
