| This paper describes the view of Zong Baihua's theory on life, Aesthetic understanding and art, which based on his life experience, academic career and his study on aesthetics. His study and learning on aesthetics is full of human warmth and the wisdom of thinking.This paper has absorbed and learnt some update research and academic thinking on Zong Baihua's aesthetics theory from quite a number of scholars and colleagues. At the same time, it also focused on Zong Baihua's theory and concept on life and aesthetics and its contemporary value, which has been ignored by academia.Zong Baihua's aesthetic view of life based on the essence of Chinese traditional culture and cosmology, and it has been absorbed the western philosophy of life and ideology, Zong Baihua's aesthetic view of life has expounded the theory of art, aesthetics and law of the nature of life, it also reveals the aesthetic nature of arts and life. We live for arts and vice versa.Zong Baihua's aesthetic view of life can be understood as life and art of the original blend of state, it shows the true aesthetic vision. It also brought this branch of learning from its pure-hall grounds which in its prominent position into the lively rhythm of life and real world.This paper includes three parts:1. Explore Zong Baihua's aesthetic thinking of life and its derivate and constitute. His learning has embraced the theory both from east and west, ancient and present. And the vein of his thoughts on the blueprint of the reconstruction of Chinese culture showed forth his realm of art to life.2. Analysis on Zong Baihua's moral integrity and the source and pattern of his ideas on aesthetic view of life3. A debate on the contemporary value and sense of Zong Baihua's aesthetic view of life.
