The Evolution Of The Relationship Between The Literature And The History Of The Qin And Han Dynasties Illustrated By The Cases Of The Spring And Autumn Annals,Historical Records And The History Of The Han Dynasty

The relationship between literature and history is a long-standing controversy,China’s history and literature has been in staggered state.The Spring and Autumn Annals is on the beginning of the location in the relationship between the development of literature and history,due to there is no clear distinction between boundaries of pre-Qin’s literature and history.Therefore there is a confused literary and historical situation in The Spring and Autumn Annals.Although The Spring and Autumn Annals is the forerunner of Chinese historiography,it is not a sign of historical independence.Historiography began in Sima Qian’s Historical Records.Historical Records is considered as history and literature,set the pre-Qin literature and history of the culmination and achieved a high level.Historical Records is not only the peak of the complicated relationship of literature and history,but also the watershed of their diversion.The rational spirit of historiography gradually increased after the appearance of Historical Records."Han Shu" lead historiography and language system gradually improved,the difference between literature and history is becoming increasingly evident.This paper analyzes the development of the relationship between the literature and the history of the Qin and Han dynasties by analyzing the historical and cultural relations and their causes of the three works of the The Spring and Autumn Annals,Historical Records and The History of the Han Dynasty.The history and literature,from the mixing in The Spring and Autumn Annals to the blending in Historical Records,and then to the diversion in The History of the Han Dynasty,it clearly show the transmutation process of literary and historical sources to different historical and cultural embodiment.The different manifestations of the relationship between literature and history in The Spring and Autumn Annals,Historical Records and The History of the Han Dynasty,are more than the reason of personal cultural values and historical backgrounds,they are also the inherent law of development inherent in literature and historiography.
