The Analysis On Xu Guoping’s Flute Art Life And His Contribution To Flute Music

Xu Guoping,a famous flute performer and educator,is one of the representative figures of the second generation of flute players in new China and has been engaged in flute for more than 60 years.He played in several solo performance in his early stage and played accompaniment performance in several children’s plays.He got multiple awards from flute music creation,textbooks compiling,multifunctional flute invention and so on.He went deep into the masses to engage in flute music education and participated in the establishment of the Shanghai flute Culture Institute and a number of flute music society.He has made important contribution to the development and popularization of flute art.In this text,Xu Guoping’s flute career,performing arts and creative aspects are discussed in three chapters and hope to play a positive role in the development and inheritance of flute art in the new period and provide some valuable information.
