This report is based on the translation of “A Comparative Analysis of Higher Education Systems(Chapter13)”.The source text explores many education systems over the world.Chapter 13 of this book studies higher education in Ethiopia and discusses the reason why its higher education has rocketed in recent years.This report contains four parts.The first chapter gives an account ofthe significance and structure of the report,and the second chapter is an introduction to the source text,including its authors and editors.Chapter 3,as the main part of this report,focuses on translation the theory adopted by the translator,the translation difficulties encountered during the process of translation,and methods to solvethoseproblems.Chapter 4 concludes with lessons gained and problems to be solved.
