According to the law of educational psychology,"forget" is inevitable and "review" is essential.However,in the field of international Chinese teaching,review class has not received enough attention.Referring to The Road to the Success---Making Progress by Strides2,this paper is on writing phased review textbook My Indissoluble Bond with Chengdu.Moreover,teaching design of review class is carried out through some situational teaching activities such as classroom teaching and visiting the Site Museum of Jinsha Museum.Four parts are included in this paper.Firstly,the background,research significance,research purpose and related research status are explained in this paper.Secondly,the characteristics of teaching objects are analyzed by selecting relevant vocabulary and language points from The Road to the Success---Making Progress by Strides2,to complete the review of the preparation of teaching materials.Five parts namely introduction,main text,notes,exercises and extended reading are involved in the review textbooks.Thirdly,teaching activities of review class on the review textbook My Indissoluble Bond with Chengdu can be divided into two parts: at-class activity and extracurricular activity.Finally,deficiency and innovation of the paper are involved.This paper explores design of review class and review textbook by combing phased review class and situational teaching activity.It can stress the importance and necessity of effective review and provide some reference for later teaching.
