In this study,based on psychology,human resource management theory,researched on the armored supervisor,using job analysis,BEI and open questionnaire,to build competency model of the armored supervisor,and formulated "Self-evaluation questionnaire of armored supervisors' competency".In the study,firstly,through job analysis,to understand the armored supervisor job duties.Secondly,using BEI to interview 30 armored supervisors,combined the result of 81 open questionnaires with interview results,to build the competency model of the armored supervisor.Thirdly,constructed the predictive version of "Self-evaluation questionnaire of armored supervisors' competency",through item analysis and exploratory factor to analysis135 prediction questionnaires,then formed official version of "Self-evaluation questionnaire of armored supervisors' competency".Finally,using the offical version questionnaire,to investigate 139 armored supervisors,the confirmatory factor analysis was used to validate the competency model,and tested the reliability and validity.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The competency model of the armored supervisor included 6 aspects,communication abilities,achievement motivation,decision-making ability,executive ability,foresight and altruism(2)Through factor analysis,the research proves that the self-evaluation questionnaire has good structure,reliability and validity meet the requirements.(3)The competency of the armored supervisor has significant difference in position and working years.
