Job competency evaluation is to measure and evaluate the job competency of practitioners by establishing an evaluation model with the methods of interview,questionnaire survey and 360-degree evaluation.Job competency evaluation can help employers master the job competency of employees,provide support for the recruitment system,performance management,staff incentive and training of employers,and then improve the work efficiency of employees and promote the work process.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the post competence evaluation for the development of enterprises.The lack of research on the competency evaluation of online English teachers in training institutions leads to unclear problems in the competency of online English teachers in training institutions and failure to provide optimal countermeasures.Based on this,this study takes A training institution as an example and,based on relevant theories and models,establishes an online English teacher competency evaluation model for training institutions through interview,questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the established post competence evaluation model,this paper evaluates the post competence of online English teachers in A training institution.Based on the evaluation results,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the post competence of online English teachers of A training structure.Finally,in view of these problems,put forward the A training structure online English teachers competency promotion strategy.The model constructed in this paper mainly includes 3 first-level indexes and17 second-level indexes.The first-level evaluation indexes are: knowledge ability,technical ability and potential ability.The results of the competency evaluation of online English teachers in A Training Institution show that the average value of the50 online English teachers’ competency scores in A Training Institution is 3.95,which is at A medium level.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to improve the overall competency level.It is found that online English teachers’ knowledge ability dimensions present education background is not high and the problem of shortage of professional knowledge,technical ability dimension is insufficient for teaching and scientific research ability and teaching ability to innovate,modern education means using ability is insufficient,and the problem of insufficient teaching inspiration,potential ability dimension exists strong self-confidence,dedication and spirit of pursuing new and change the problem of insufficient.In the dimension of knowledge competence,the author puts forward some suggestions on establishing strict qualification recruitment standards and strengthening professional knowledge training of English subjects.At the level of technical ability,some suggestions are put forward to establish teaching and scientific research team,establish teaching innovation mechanism,strengthen the introduction and use of modern teaching means and strengthen the education inspiration for students.In the dimension of potential ability,it puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the construction of enterprise culture and improve the incentive mechanism of employees.
