The Solution To Chinglish At The Sentence Structure Level Under The Guidance Of Interpretative Theory

In recent years,China’s rapid rise in the field of artificial intelligence has aroused great concern in the world.Thus,the quality of Chinese-English interpretation in relevant international conferences is particularly important.Unfortunately,many interpreters adopting a special kind of English with Chinese characteristics by the influence of mother tongue.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and figure out the translation techniques to avoid Chinglish in conference Chinese-English interpretation.GMIC2016 Future Summit is used as the Chinese-English task material,and three Chinses speeches are selected as the interpreting practice.On the base of Interpretive Theory,the author analyzed and discussed the solution to Chinglish at the level of sentence structure with 20 cases.Finally,this report proposed the following strategies:redundant information omission,insufficient information addition,running sentence separation and integration.Hope this interpretation report can provide some guidance and reference for other interpreting practice.
