When the art training companies in the early days,with the size of the establishment of micro enterprises has gradually become a trend.The miniature art training enterprises need to fully market in the early stages of entrepreneurship and the applicable business strategy.This study is on the start-up stage and micro enterprises do not confused before pointing to the beneficial exploration.The value of this type of business strategy.This article uses the literature method,survey method,case study method and interview method,the main objectives in the early days of the miniature art training enterprise strategy,the initial venture enterprise strategy of M company as a case study,by taking on M when the start-up period of strategic analysis,SWOT analysis of strategic environment,to the M company start-up strategy mistakes,problems,analyze the theoretical basis of the environment,and to summarize the art training suitable for micro enterprise start-up stage of enterprise strategy.The conclusions are as follows:1)M company entered the market after the emergence of strategic mistakes: business direction is not concentrated,marketing means misuse,the effect of enrollment is not ideal,site rental funds allocated improperly2)the strategy formulation of micro art training enterprises should focus on the following aspects: development strategy,pricing strategy,marketing strategy,core competence strategy and management strategy3)development strategy on cost leadership,product stability and operation mode for the strategic focus of emphasis,the early micro arts training business entrepreneurs should reduce the cost as much as possible to maintain the stability of the product,the establishment of small enterprises,by escalating the formation of special products,and will operate the focus of focus.4)pricing strategy takes marketing target,product cost,market demand and competitor's pricing as pricing reference,and implements cycle level pricing strategy to reflect the advantages of long cycle purchase of product5)marketing need to seize the low input marketing channels,for the high quota of third party service promotion,do not rely on,also do not refuse,in the case of funds allowed,can put high advertising promotion into marketing strategy6)to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,micro products should be based on the effectiveness and credibility of the brand as the main orientation.Customer product experience is enhanced by the high quality of teaching standards;at the same time,the establishment of corporate image,and brand spread through products.7)management strategy should be based on flexibility and flexibility,improve the company's highly collaborative staff,exercise staff's ability to perform several tasks,and enhance staff's sense of responsibility,the company's performance as its goal...
