| At present, the problem of students with mathematical learning difficulties has become the hot issue of research in the field. In this study, we investigated the problem-solving strategies, especially the meta-cognitive strategies of students with mathematical learning difficulties based on students with mathematical learning difficulties, learning strategies and meta-cognitive theory, in order to learn the gap of using meta-cognitive strategies to solve mathematics problems between the students with mathematical learning difficulties and the good ones, and to provide guidance to educational practice.20 students with mathematical learning difficulties and 20 students with mathematical learning skills in Gradel from junior high school participated in Studyâ… . We investigated the time allocation on problems, forecasting to the item and the evaluation skills to result, as well as the differences in four dimensions of meta-cognitive state:plan; monitoring; cognitive strategies and self-awareness, by using Mathematics problem-solving questionnaire and Meta-cognitive status questionnaire. Result showed that the meta-cognitive level of students with mathematical learning difficulties was significantly lower than the good ones.In Studyâ…¡, we worked out a suit of Meta-cognitive training method based on the result of Studyâ… , after learning lots of literature data. And we have used this method to train 10 students with mathematical learning difficulties for a total term. Result showed that Meta-cognitive training can improve the meta-cognitive level and problem-solving performance of students with mathematical learning difficulties effectively. |
