Teaching materials are essential for Chinese teaching.In the field of specialized Chinese teaching,due to the needs of learners,learning characteristics and other aspects of differences,specialized use of Chinese textbooks need to make the necessary targeted adjustments.Chinese teaching for diplomats as a branch of specialized Chinese teaching,its teaching object has a distinct occupation and age characteristics,its teaching environment and teaching methods also have some special requirements,so the compiling of diplomatic Chinese textbooks should also make targeted adjustments with these characteristics and requirements as a guide.In recent years,the implementation of China's diplomatic strategies has been continuously expanded and deepened.The role of Chinese in the communication between China and the rest of the world has become increasingly prominent.The international status of Chinese language has been continuously improved,and the demand for learning Chinese of diplomats and their families also increased.Therefore,the excellent diplomatic Chinese textbook is a necessary condition for satisfying this demand.The author taught Chinese for diplomats in the teaching practice,understood the needs of the diplomats and their families to the Chinese textbooks,and learnt the special needs of the textbooks by their study of the primary spoken language.On the one hand,the current number of diplomatic Chinese textbook is very limited,most of the diplomatic learners use general-purpose Chinese textbook as a substitute,and this kind of Chinese textbook is bound to exist a certain degree of flaws in pertinence.On the other hand,the study of this type of specialized Chinese textbooks is not rich.Therefore,this thesis chooses the mature foreign language teaching material easy to learn,as an example to analyze the particularity and pertinence of diplomatic Chinese textbook,and to make some suggestions for the compiling and using of diplomatic Chinese textbooks.This thesis uses the literature research method and the comparative analysis method,refers to the views of some diplomatic Chinese teachers to display and analyze the system,topic,vocabulary,grammar of easy to learn.This thesis includes six chapter.Chapter one introduces the research background,the research significance and the research object of this thesis.Then it summarizes the theory of compiling Chinese textbooks,researches on specialized Chinese textbooks,researches on diplomatic Chinese teaching.The second chapter focuses on the system of easy to learn.It mainly combs the overall structure and the internal structure,analyzes the easy to learn in the teaching material system characteristic.The third chapter focuses on the topic of easy to learn,lists the topic of textbook,compares it with the requirements of International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education,and explains the diplomatic characteristics of this textbook from the perspective of topic.Chapter four and chapter five focus on the vocabulary and grammatical issues of easy to learn.These two chapters count the total number of vocabulary and grammar projects,the average number of each lesson,the syllabus coverage of vocabulary and grammar projects of the textbook and other data.These two chapters analyze the characteristics of vocabulary and grammar of easy to learn regarding the requirements of vocabulary and grammar of International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education with the relevant theory and the practice of diplomatic Chinese teaching.Chapter six summarizes the characteristics of easy to learn and the relevance of diplomatic pertinence,and puts forward the relevant suggestions on the compiling and using of diplomatic Chinese textbook based on the analysis of previous chapters.Chapter six also describes the shortcomings of this thesis.Through the analysis of the easy to learn,the author points out that the characteristics of the easy to learn are as follows:Chinese characters does not appear in the teaching material and the text is mainly composed by dialogue,which is easy to use for diplomats and teachers.The topics are real and natural with throughout diplomatic characteristics,which ensures the study of spoken language and the needs of diplomatic work.The total amount of vocabulary and grammar is basically the same as the requirements of the syllabus.The whole textbook has an accurate positioning,and detailed explanation of vocabulary and grammar.The choice of vocabulary and grammar considers the diplomatic language style.But each lesson has a large amount of vocabulary and grammar.Vocabulary selection is of local limitations,some vocabulary is too much of written language.Practice part respects the law of second language acquisition,the voice practice is enough,but the mechanicalness is prominent,lacks attention to the ability of communication.This thesis attempts to clarify the concrete manifestation and its important role of diplomatic pertinence in diplomatic Chinese textbooks by analyzing easy to learn.On this basis,it is possible to make some useful suggestions on the compiling and using of diplomatic Chinese textbooks.It is hoped that this thesis will promote the development of Diplomatic Chinese teaching and diplomatic Chinese textbooks,and further improve the status of Chinese language in the field of diplomacy.
