The Research Of Lu Xixiong And His Poetry

Lu Xixiong(1734-1792)is an important poet in the Qianlong period.He learned from Du Fu,adored Li Bai and Su Shi highly.Lei Guogji who was his contemporaries believed that his poetry is elegant and concise,and can also correct the superficial poetic atmosphere.He plays an important role in the history of Qing Dynasty poetry.This paper mainly studies the poetry from the literary aspect and concentrates on the following questions:The first chapter will be focused on studying Lu Xixiong 's family,life and social intercourse.Based on the existing data,this paper combs his family background and his life and makes a detailed research on the intercourse of five periods at the same time,which are following grandfather to go to Shidai,studing in Jiangsu,tenuring in Beijing,mourning in Shanghai and reviewing of books in Shenyang.The second chapter will research the category of Lu Xixiong's poetry.We select his trip conditions,pastime,pilgrimage,offspring and interpretation of Buddhism those five categories to display the panorama of his poetry as much as possible.The third chapter will discuss the rhetoric of Lu Xixiong's poems.To study the artistic features of a poet's poetry,most people may use general discussion,while fewer people may chose the specific rhetoric research.This paper attempts to focus on this,tries to analyze the diction,syntax,rhyme,antithesis and allusion of Lu Xixiong's poetry and use "rhetoric" from a generalized sense.The fourth chapter will analyze the inheritance and value of Lu Xixiong's Poetry.From poetry inheritance aspect,Lu Xixiong not only learned from Tang and Song dynasty,but also learned from others.ln terms of its prominence,this article will discuss Lu Xixiong how to learn from Du Fu,Li Bai and Su Shi,use Jiaoran"steal"theory to explain Lu Xixiong how to study Du Fu Gradually in-depth and analyze the differences between Lu Xixiong's poems and the poems of Li Bai and Su Shi and the degree in learning from them.We elaborate the effect of Lu's poetry in the history of poetry in Qing Dynasty from historical value and "body in the hall,the heart in field "standpoint.In addition,the article attaches the Lu Xixiong's chronology and makes a brief list of Lu Xixiong's social intercourse at the same time.
